At least a 50 % deposit is required on ALL orders. Production will not begin and order is not considered final until a deposit is received. There are NO exceptions. All orders must be paid for in FULL prior to shipment. No orders will ship prior to Full payment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!

I appreciate every customer that I have, however, at this point, I do not have a choice.  This policy is in effect immediately. And as I stated, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Rush Charges:  Orders received with less than 10 business days notice will incur a Minimum $25 rush charge.  Orders with less than 5 business days notice will incur a minimum rush charge of $50.  There will be no exceptions!

The customer is responsible for making sure that all words are spelled correctly when the order is placed. All orders must be placed in writing. Phone orders must be either emailed or faxed in. Words will be placed on sashes or other items EXACTLY as they are on the order. If a word is misspelled by KD Creations, LLC inadvertently, we will replace the product. However, if it is misspelled on the order, the customer is responsible for paying for the item or items to be replaced. This includes, Towns, Countries, state names and ect..

 

Delays or expedited shipping charges that may be necessary, due to neglect of the above, in order to receive the products on time will be the responsibility of the customer.
