Can you custom design banners? We will be glad to design a custom banner for you. Contact for quote.

Can we have a name added to a banner we bought or won? Directors or contestants are welcome to send banners back to KD Creations, LLC and have their names added to the back for only $5.00 each.

Who do you ship with? Customer is to pay all shipping charges and items will be shipped your choice via UPS, Fed-ex or US postal service, which ever you prefer.

What is your policy on pay/deposits? A 50% deposit is required prior to any orders being filled. No work will start until deposit is received. Deposit can be made via Pay Pal or you can mail a check or Money order to the address above. Email address is also listed above. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks, NO EXCEPTIONS!

When is the balance of the payment due? Balance is due when package is shipped. You will be supplied with a tracking number and balance should be paid or package will go COD. Only established customers will be excluded.

How do I know what the end product will look like? Art work will be emailed to you for your approval prior to production. Once approved and production begins, custom orders can not be cancelled.

What if I want my logo digitized? If you want your logo digitized, you must include written permission to recreate. Your logo will only be used for your merchandise.

How do I avoid a rush charge? To make sure you avoid a rush charge please make you order and deposit at least 3 weeks prior to event. Initial orders must be turned in with less than 10 business days notice prior to Shipment date required will incure a rush charge. If order must be shipped within 4 days of ordering there will be a larger rush charge. a minimum $25 rush fee will be applied to orders with 7 to 10 days notice. On orders with less than 7 business days notice, rush charge will be determined by the number of items ordered. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

If we don't go through checkout, do you accept paypal or other forms of payment? Yes. We accept other forms of payment. Our paypal link is below, and if you need to pay with a credit card, just ask, and we will send you a money request

What do I do if there are any words misspelled on my sash? The customer is responsible for making sure that all words are spelled correctly when the order is placed. All orders must be placed in writing. Phone orders must be either emailed or faxed in. Words will be placed on sashes or other items EXACTLY as they are on the order. If a word is misspelled by KD Creations, LLC inadvertantly, we will replace the product. However, if it is misspelled on the order, the customer is responsible for paying for the item or items to be replaced. This includes, Towns, Countries, state names and ect..
